READ THE RESULTS
! FIRST! Copy/Paste the AI generated result into your working document. Then, sit and focus. This is a draft of your PRODUCT. Your name will be attached to these words.
Read it, review it, and absorb the result of your prompting. Take note of what sounds like you and does not.
IDENTIFY GAPS
As you are reading the results from your prompt, identify words you want to research, change, enhance, or correct using any marking technique. I love color coding.
VERIFY SOURCES
Most time spent! · Go to exact AI cited link, dig from there
· Copy/paste exact text in a general internet search engine, see if you AI model did the same and retrace to original source, etc…

clean up – jibber-jabber, junk, just unnecessary content as the text is transferred into your working document, take out “AI words” (ethics, valuable…)
TEXT REWRITE
this is the human part, go in from the POV of readers, and put a professional and personal people touch on it.
E FORMAT
use knowledge of adult human learning styles, marketing psychology, and change management to layout the information in an relatable, digestible, adoptable way.
